Sleek, contemporary and effortlessly stylish, this beautiful home has been brought to life by the abundantly talented team at 3DHD. The company specialises in interior design and virtual reality walk-throughs, as well as creating digital renderings of the home, allowing clients to experience the home using the wonders of virtual reality before committing to an elaborate build.

Seeking a sun-drenched contemporary space that is as functional as it is stylish, Rod Hannah Design Group designed this home specifically to take advantage of the natural light and balance its aesthetic with strong, darker colours to ground the space. 3DHD brought the space to life by styling its interior and facilitating its virtual 3D presentation to allow the homeowners to explore their new home before construction even commenced.

Standing as a testament to the company’s immaculate attention to detail, 3DHD geolocated the home in order to get accurate depictions of the natural light for the virtual model. The company worked in close collaboration perfecting the residence’s internal space, right down to the minutiae to ensure the design was exactly as anticipated.

Seeking a balanced aesthetic feel, the home was furnished with darker colours and harmonised with subtle pops of timber and light toned materials. One such example of this is the kitchen. Standing at the heart of the home, black cabinetry is contrasted with warm timber overhead cabinets, white marble splashbacks and stone countertops. Completing the look, warm feature lighting was incorporated throughout to soften the look and stand as a welcome contrast against the black cabinetry.
