Passing on the Legacy
PASSING ON THE LEGACY
Roseleigh Homes founders, Trevor and Bronwyn Chugg, have recently announced their retirement from their family-run business, established in 1982. Their sons, Brad and Craig, have both worked long-term at the business and played vital roles in shaping the company’s legacy, with Craig accumulating over 14 years of construction oversight experience and Brad managing drafting and design for 15 years. Recent years saw Craig appointed as Construction Manager, overseeing construction and quality management; Brad, in the role of General Manager, has overseen the day-to-day operations. Both are now appointed as Registered Building Practitioners. With confidence in their sons’ capabilities, Trevor and Bronwyn have now formally handed over the reins, believing that Craig and Brad, supported by the experienced Roseleigh Homes team, will maintain and carry on the company’s reputation for building bespoke, quality homes. The announcement marks the end of an era for the founders and signals a new chapter for Roseleigh Homes under the leadership of the next generation.
