Founding builder Ryan Grace has been in the industry for more than 18 years. Starting as an apprentice carpenter in 2016, he made the move to licenced builder and started Gracecon constructions. Proudly local, Gracecon specialises in architectural custom homes, duplex developments, renovations, extensions and pools. This small boutique builder completes on average five to six large projects a year with smaller scale renovations in between.
