Gardner Homes was established in 1983 on the Sunshine Coast, when Greg Gardner realised the need for building quality homes that were not only finished on time, but also on budget.
Since the company was taken over by Kris Gill and Danny Breen in 2005, it has been locally-owned and -operated to ensure all clients get the best, individually-tailored service possible.
The G.J. Gardner Homes Bendigo franchise specialises predominantly in custom builds or modified designs. Between the Bendigo and Macedon franchises, G.J. Gardner Homes builds approximately 80 homes per year.
