Designed by Biserka Resovac Architects and built by Delco Building Group, this project showcases an exciting mix of building materials. A family home first and foremost, the renovation concept imbued the property with a contemporary edge while maintaining its charming period character.

Led by site manager Travis Barugh, the team at Delco Building Group collaborated closely with the building designers and the clients to deliver a cutting-edge home that cleverly maximised useable space.

The renovation increased the amount of living space and afforded interesting views from every room. Showcasing polished-concrete flooring, striking timber cabinetry and state-of-the-art Miele appliances, the kitchen is simultaneously stylish and highly functional.

Large sliding doors provide access to the kid-friendly backyard, which features neat, low-maintenance landscaping. By utilising recycled water, water tanks and a rooftop garden, the property is exceptionally energy efficient and eco-friendly.
