Designed with life in mind, this project is a balance between living spaces, minimalist design and lifestyle. Concealed joinery doors along the hallway seamlessly hide the laundry and additional storage spaces from view so these solutions don’t encroach on the lifestyle of the space. This design decision keeps the main living areas calm and unclutched while ensuring every square metre of the home is used to advantage.

The kitchen is the central hub of the home with custom joinery providing ample storage and maintaining clean, uncluttered lines. Each finish is carefully selected for aesthetic appeal as well as durability and practicality, ensuring that his home functions flawlessly in everyday life.

Warm timber joinery brings texture and homeliness to the build while skylights provide ample natural light to brighten the spaces. Thermally glazed windows are incorporated throughout the home to enhance insulation and regulate indoor temperatures. This reduces the heat transfer with the outside world, making long term heating and cooling of the space much more cost effective.
