AUTOMATED HOMES: COMBINING TECHNOLOGY AND STYLE

The team at Baillie set out to create the ultimate entertainment hub to align with the homeowner’s vision. The home includes a dedicated surround sound media room alongside multi-zone audio extending throughout the interior living space and into the pool area. This allows the family to bring friends and family together in both large and intimate gatherings.

Comfort was also of utmost importance to the client through the lighting and climate systems. Lighting control was integrated into the home and programmed to respond naturally throughout the day with scene-based settings to shape the atmosphere from everyday living to evening entertainment. Climate control and gas fireplace operations were unified within the same platform, allowing for comfort settings to be controlled with the touch of a button. A robust security system was also added to the home to allow the family peace of mind when exercising their love of travel.
