The timber flooring running from the entrance through to the back of the home represents the longest stretch of flooring placed by the timber installer at once. Everything in this home is bespoke, carefully planned and executed with utmost precision. Many elements of this home were highly difficult to achieve, but the Preferred Properties team was able to ensure quality craftsmanship under the direct supervision of its director, Arthur Ilias.

From design through to final finish, this home is stunning. With the pool carefully positioned on the side of the house to provide lounge room views of the backyard, a selection of carefully curated marble being used in the kitchen and fireplaces and exterior cladding from bluestone porcelain pavers, every detail and change was carefully considered and discussed to ensure every millimetre matches the overall aesthetic.
