Nestled just moments from the Dromana shoreline, this striking holiday house harmonises luxury and practicality, redefining modern coastal living. Envisioned as a sanctuary for family and friends, the brief was to create a holiday home that prioritises comfort, security and energy efficiency.

The design considers the inherent challenges of coastal living, with a focus on a structure capable of enduring salt-laden air and fluctuating weather. The homeowners wanted an open and light-filled space, which seamlessly connects to the surrounding natural environment.

Partnering with APS Double Glazing, the architectural team integrated high performance window and door systems, the perfect pairing of design and functionality. Finished in a sleek black, the glazing complements the home’s contemporary architecture while framing captivating views of the pool, outdoor area and surrounding landscape.

Boasting three expansive Lift & Slide doors, natural light is effortlessly maximised throughout the home while seamlessly being able to create transitions between indoors and out. This home is one for those lively summer gatherings through to a quiet solo moment with a morning coffee.
