Built by Auburn Building, this bespoke Patterson Lakes residence is a standout example of contemporary coastal design paired with meticulous craftsmanship. The client wanted a unique, contemporary, and cohesive home and Auburn Building delivered. The home makes exceptional use of the available space by embracing thoughtful planning. The rear balcony and open-plan layout optimise the waterfront aspect, ensuring key spaces benefit from natural light and views.  

The home features elegant, curved walls that soften the architecture, dual balconies to provide waterfront views and maximise natural light, a custom concrete pool edge to provide sculptural detail and enhance the landscape, and a spacious kitchen with stone benchtops and a striking curved waterfall edge. Overall this home prioritises fluidity and a clean modern aesthetic.
