CONTRAST AND CHARACTER 

This stunning design is the result of a creative collaboration between the expert teams at JW Trades and Peninsula Built, delivering a home rich in texture, contrast and individuality.

The client’s vision was to remove the dated blue brick and introduce a clean, modern aesthetic – and the result far exceeded expectations. Drawing inspiration from the existing exterior, the team cleverly reimagined the space to maximise both form and function, ultimately enhancing the home’s spaciousness and visual appeal. A key feature of this project is the bold use of contrasting materials, which gives the home its striking character and sets it apart with undeniable ‘wow’ factor.

Every detail adds depth and dimension, making a lasting impression on all who visit. Notable elements include patterned James Hardie Oblique cladding, timber shiplap eaves, timber decking, bagged brickwork and sleek aluminum double-glazed windows – all carefully chosen to create a cohesive and contemporary finish.
