This stunning project from Davidson Building Group is a testament to diligent design and the power of a determined, detailed vision. The clients desired a complete knockdown rebuild of their existing property – aiming for a new home that aligned closely with their lifestyle and specific needs. With the home situated on a steeply sloping block and a specific budget set by the client, the team faced no shortage of challenges to navigate.

The design ingeniously features a split-level floorplan to optimise the challenging fall of the land. To ensure strength and stability, Hebel blocks, render and retaining walls were imperative elements of the build. With the site challenges successfully overcome and the budget carefully met, the clients were absolutely thrilled with the final result.
