URBAN COMFORT

This Fitzroy project was achieved with cohesive communication between client, architect and builder, resulting in a space that balances functionality with character. The brief was clear: create a home that could grow with the family – adding space, improving flow and enhancing liveability without losing the original charm. Working from the architect’s initial concepts, the team collaborated closely with the clients to fine-tune the design, ensuring it reflected their lifestyle, practical needs and budget. Throughout construction, attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship brought the vision to life.

Maximising every square metre was key, so an open-plan living design was implemented to improve flow. An integrated custom-built storage reduces clutter, and a tucked-away study nook makes use of a previously underutilised corner. Indoor outdoor transitions were carefully designed to create a sense of openness and connection. In terms of materials, the use of brick, Hebel and render gives the home a solid yet contemporary feel. The result is a refined, flexible space designed to support the dynamic rhythm of everyday life
