They say home is where the heart is, and this build truly lives up to that sentiment. Peninsula Built has created a space that is not only warm and inviting but also sophisticated, with every detail thoughtfully designed to reflect the clients’ vision. By maximising the existing structure and reimagining the layout, the team crafted an open-plan design that seamlessly flows from room to room, with meticulous attention to detail.

The clients sought a design with high-end finishes and Peninsula Built delivered beyond expectations. The kitchen, a contemporary coastal-inspired space, features natural materials that evoke a soft, calm atmosphere that’s full of character. A neutral colour palette allows the luxurious brass finishes to stand out as striking focal points. The timber feature on the kitchen island adds warmth, while the visually stunning splash back tiles bring texture and depth to the space. Throughout the home, light oak timber flooring ties everything together, creating a cohesive flow.

The design also incorporates James Hardie Oblique cladding and double-glazed aluminium windows, ensuring year-round comfort while enhancing the home’s aesthetic appeal. The result is a stunning, timeless space that feels like home in every sense.
