Working alongside the designer at Main St Design Studio, Peninsula Eco Constructions built this stunning, spacious home bathed in natural light. This unique, contemporary creation is centralised around the functionality of family living, proving to be truly one-of-a-kind with its eclectic style.

The homeowner desired a space that complements their busy lifestyle while leaving a positive environmental footprint, which Peninsula Eco Constructions delivered. The glass link within the hallway is a statement feature, seamlessly connecting the
outdoors with the indoors. The sleek, cork flooring radiates warmth and cohesiveness throughout the home, integrating separate family areas together.

An expansive yet inclusive space, the gorgeous kitchen bench seat is cleverly placed to harmoniously connect the cooking and dining areas together. Mixing modern with rustic, dark with light, the navy matte kitchen in tandem with the porcelain benchtop adds a striking, textured visual element to the room. The hidden walk-in pantry’s recycled timber benchtops and cabinetry provide adequate storage space.

The sustainable elements used when creating this home reflect the homeowner’s values in reusing and repurposing the old for the new. Restoring an old dining table into a warm, earthy bench seat uniquely sets this home apart, bringing it in touch with its landscape and surroundings
