The facade is predominantly white with contrasting textures, including a section with vertical wooden slats that adds some variety in style and a natural touch. The lighting fixtures on the exterior walls provide a warm glow that softens the modern aesthetic. It is a perfect architectural example of contemporary residential design that emphasises simplicity and geometric forms.

The kitchen embodies a beautiful beach-house vibe that gives a warm invitation. The marble benchtop is a stunning feature that acts as a centrepiece, with orange-toned veins through the marble that perfectly blends in with the colour scheme. The back wall consists of white cabinetry with integrated appliances and no visible handles, contributing to the sleek look.
