Cavalier Homes has created a stunning display home that embodies complete functionality for family living. The facade of this home is created from recycled elements and showcases a unique look that stands out to other classic modern homes with exposed brickwork, vertical panelling and off-white rendering, combining three textures for an exquisite design. This display home makes use of the northern aspect of the lot to increase potential of it being used across a range of sites. The company achieved this by having as many habitable areas as possible, using large windows and focusing on a functional layout that can be suited for many plots. For the family aspect, the main living, kitchen and meals area has been positioned to the rear of the home, giving a lovely flow through the backyard and entertaining spaces.

The beautiful outdoor entertaining area offers ample room for garden and play space without being too close to neighbours, making it perfect for a family. The cantilevered porch, large corner facing window, alfresco extension and the coffered ceiling in the main living space are some of the statements featured in this home that truly make it a one-of-a-kind design. The home features an 8.8kw solar system and recycled bricks and feature timbers were used on the facade. A minimalist
garden scape around the display home was built to reduce water consumption.
