BEAUTY IN THE BUILDING

The brief for this project was to create a home that looks like it came straight out of a glossy magazine and with a portfolio of outstanding builds, Jetsonian Constructions succeeded. A unique project located in central Ballarat, you are met with an ultra-modern façade from the moment you walk, and greeted by an oversized glazed front door, polished concrete floors, powder room, second bedroom, laundry and a garage that populates the lower level. A studio/gym connects the new building to the existing.

An internal feature brick wall forms the backdrop to the floating Victorian ash timber staircase. The staircase is the hero of the home, complimented by a stunning chandelier. Upon your ascent, you are met with a cathedral ceiling over the living room and a striking all-black kitchen with high-end finishes. A second powder room and the master suite are located here. From a styling point of view, the tile selections in all wet areas are truly exceptional and elevate the home. From the living room you are led out onto a small balcony that overlooks leafy streets.
