Awarded Best Victorian Residential Project of the year by the Polytec Design Awards, Collingwood Loft designed by Karavasil Architects and constructed by Bay Builders is a striking display of high-end industrial craftsmanship, with a dynamic noir twist.
By adopting a people-centric approach to design, the interior modification of the loft-style apartment fulfilled the brief of crafting a personalised home for the client and her daughter. Undertaking a rigorous design process transformed the initially constrained layout into a practical yet bespoke design, authentically reflecting the clients character and needs, while respecting the heritage context of the building it occupies.
