This special renovation project was made in honour of the client’s father-in-law, an architect who sadly passed away shortly after he designed the renovation plans for this beautiful home with so much potential. Knowing they had to find a builder they could trust with such a sentimental project, the client’s called upon Yarrabank Builders to bring their renovation aspirations to reality after a recommendation from a friend.

The expert team approached this 100-year-old federation home with the care and expertise it deserved, preserving the heritage nature of the building and delivering a forever home for the client’s growing family. The stunning extension provides ample room for visiting family and friends, as well as space for the kids to run around and play. From the exposed brick to the natural timber accents, this home renovation is warm and welcoming – the perfect tribute to the client’s late loved one and a dream family home.
