In a display of intimate care and attention to detail, Inside and Out Builders have delivered a superb renovation on a beautiful home located in Glen Iris. The project consists of a near-complete deconstruction and reinvention of the interior, and includes an extension and a new roof.

With an open-plan living arrangement, the brilliant white interior sends light reflecting off all surfaces. Luxurious light fittings lend the space the air of traditional antiquity, offsetting modern installation with crisp and cleanly-finished cabinetry, adding class
and style. Bi-fold doors open to the backyard, filtering in natural light and granting the whole home a splendid spaciousness.

The bathroom is a marvel of modern design, while retaining the same charm of the rest of the abode. Golden tapware perfectly complements the flawless woodwork, creating warmth alongside the stunning light fittings that line the inset shelf of the shower. Tasteful floating drawers create lightness, and the bath sits beneath the window to soak in the sun’s warm light.
