This architectural and contemporary marvel has a unique, split-level floorplan that connects and separates the communal and private areas of the home. Using a variety of materials for the exterior, this house utilises clever design techniques to section spaces, with wide open ceilings for the kitchen, living and dining room, and lower ceilings for the hallways and bedrooms.
