In a league of its own, this extravagant home by Marque Property Group is a testament to the modern age. Innovative architectural choices throughout the design create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that invigorates and excites. With an open-plan structure and seamless flow throughout the spaces, this home is the definition of luxury.

The truly unique aspect of this home is the recurring use of curvature throughout the property. The showstopping centrepiece is the curved staircase, majestically ascending to the first floor. This design feature is echoed in the breathtaking arched doorways that lead to the guest suite. The continued use of these curved elements creates a sense of cohesion and harmony.

Luxuriously large windows have been fitted at every available opportunity allowing for an abundance of natural light to fill the home. Over the dining area, the full height of the house has been used to create gloriously high ceilings, adding a sense of grandeur and extravagance.

Marque Property Group was briefed by this client to create an open-plan design including a basement, lift, and multiple outdoor entertaining areas. The team were able to execute on all these requests, only compromising with a semi-basement due to the flood-prone land of the property.

To achieve the desired open-plan effect, the team opted for minimal corridors and confined spaces, and allowing for all living areas to effortlessly flow into one another. This gives the family plenty of space to spread out and relax throughout the separate living areas.

Outside, three separate entertaining areas make the most out of the available land . A generous wooden deck surrounds the ground floor, creating easy access and movement from in and out of the home. A private balcony was also constructed off the master bedroom, an added element of luxury and comfort.
