VIVE Homes – Berwick Extension and Renovation

This bespoke house with a Queenslander façade stands out from the crowd in the middle of Berwick. Transformed from a 90s brick home, Tribecca Constructions increased the size of the original property and reinvigorated the home’s internal design.

A mix of James Hardie cladding, and timber windows and doors were employed to create its extraordinary exterior, which welcomes guests into a fresh and fun indoor design. Included in the brief for this build was a large open-plan living space and kitchen area that flowed to an outside deck, something that VIVE Homes more than delivered on.

With architectural help, a stunning kitchen aesthetic was devised, featuring a superior white sheen bench and countertops, natural timber cabinetry, a cathedral ceiling and a gorgeous chevron-tiled splashback that matches the floorboard design. Thanks to its clever design and abundance of natural light, the living room serves as a cosy space for all seasons.

This central hub offers the same remarkable finishes, with a unique cathedral ceiling, central fireplace and a warm green feature wall in ‘Surround’ by Laminex that carries through from the kitchen. With family life in mind, this is an idyllic space for gathering together or taking time to yourself.
