For this design, the homeowners wanted to take advantage of the breathtaking views of their locale within Keilor East’s scenic Valley Lake Estate, and build a home tailored to their lifestyle.
Faced with the challenge of a sloping block, Rex Homes expertly achieved an ideal design by utilising multiple storeys. The elevation ensured striking views of the surrounding landscape were incorporated, while also maximising interior space – every inch of available land was purposefully used to achieve an exceptional result.
The grand home exudes luxury, with inclusions such as a remote-controlled gate, four car garage, and bluestone pavers providing an air of elegance to the home’s façade.
The six-bedroom property features two master bedrooms, both of which are equipped with walk-in wardrobes and adjoining en suites. An expansive open-plan kitchen, with modern Italian stainless-steel appliances, seamlessly flows into dining and entertaining spaces, which encourages communal living and easy entertaining.
