DESIGN BRILLIANCE

OVER 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

With over two decades of experience, Pivot Homes has positioned itself as an industry leader within custom home design and construction. Pivot Homes specialises in building contemporary, coastal homes in the Geelong and Surf Coast areas, the Bellarine Peninsula as well as Colac and surrounding regions.

Not only was Pivot Homes named MBA Builder of the Year in 2010 for the South West Region, the company also has a long list of achievements recognised by both the MBA and HIA to boast about. Customer service, premium quality workmanship and catering specifically to individual budgetary requirements form the core foundations of the company.

The beautifully designed home featured here blends perfectly with the dramatic coastal surrounds of the Great Ocean Road. The Silvertop cladding is simply breathtaking, each piece individually milled and counter sunk with stainless steel bolts.

The quality of construction is abundant, with enormous attention to detail apparent throughout the home. The first floor open meals and kitchen area is separated from the living space with a subtle step down. Large, double-glazed windows work to capture the spectacular views of the ocean and surrounds.

The master bedroom featuring an ensuite and walk in wardrobe is also on the first level and enjoys ocean and country views. The ground floor comprises three bedrooms, a rumpus room, family bathroom and laundry. All this has been created across generous proportions of 36 squares (inclusive of decks and double garage), allowing two families to stay at any one time.

Pivot Homes used only quality internal fittings throughout the home including, Caesarstone benchtops, polished concrete, solid timber floors and double-glazed windows, give justice to this coastal jewel. This unique home was designed by Pivot Homes own in-house drafting team to suit the clients’ specifications, and is now a well-known landmark in Aireys Inlet.
