Designed by architect Neil Blyth and built by Kent Homes, this original Alistair Knox home has been renovated and modernised, adding a new level of contemporary luxury and class. The Knox distinction of blurring the line between indoor and outdoor has been reproduced, with the intent of the original design adhered to.

The 65 square house has full-height windows offering access as well as a view to the gardens and the other sections of the home. The entrance foyer is recessed so the large theatre or meeting room projects out beyond the conventional entry. Off the foyer, a spectacular conservatory with cathedral ceilings and brilliant light presents a beautiful introductory space.

A walkway runs above and beside a black tiled pool, with the added feature of a terraced waterfall. The design has cleverly utilised the space by linking rooms that lead to large indoor spaces and opening up with large windows and bi-folding doors to external living areas. Key features of the house include spectacular indoor and outdoor entertainment areas.

The well-lit kitchen features abundant cabinet space and a sleek white and silver palette that is complemented by wooden doors around the fridge and flooring.

The house has a 5.5 star energy rating, with solar hot water services, hydronic water heating, passive heat/cooling features, double glazing, window protection and heavy insulation.
