A STUNNING RESULT HIGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION This beautiful home was designed by the architects at LRW Design and constructed by G.J. Gardner Homes – Melbourne Eastern suburbs. The brief required a comfortable and elegant residence with superior finishes to meet the needs of the clients and their teenage daughter. As the photos of the finished product show, G.J. Gardner Homes exceeded this goal. This was achieved through close attention to detail throughout the building process and by using products and finishes of the highest quality. Some of the products used throughout the home include two-pack finishes on cupboards, wool carpeting, European oak parquetry flooring, essastone benchtops, porcelain tiles, timber framed windows and solid core doors. Carrara marble was used throughout the ensuite. The accessories and appliances installed are also exceptional. The family is able to enjoy an open gas-fuelled fireplace, slimline electrical fittings and integrated fridge and dishwasher joinery. Set on a fairly narrow block with a tight building envelope, careful and well-planned design was essential. G.J. Gardner homes also had to face the challenge of linking the design with structural requirements, ensuring it all worked smoothly. The excellent use of space means the homeowners have spacious and light-filled rooms. In fact, the workability of the home is one of its standout features.
