THE MONET
Enterprise Constructions’ display home, The Monet, is designed in a stunning French provincial style, its three bedroom style combining comfort and cosiness with modern design and planning. The attractive rendered sandstone façade draws you in through the custom-made arched, beveled glass door. The study and living room lead off onto complementing Juliet balconies and the curved glass, ceiling-to-floor windows allow a flood of natural light into the home. THE ESSENCE
Enterprise Constructions’ stunning new display home, The Essence, will open in autumn 2011. While the two-storey Essence is a sight to behold, it’s the little details that set it apart. The formal living area has a gas fireplace and plenty of natural light, while a large gallery in the centre of the house provides abundant space.

A courtyard flanked by glass doors is the perfect spot for a water feature or Japanese garden. Polished porcelain tiles take you through glazed doors to the rear of the home to the large open-plan kitchen, meals and living area.
